First of all they don't even go by their legal business name. Hmmm. We purchased a really expensive hot tub from these guys and they were great, until the problems started. They were rude and took forever to send out their repair guy. In the end they told us that the latest problem was not covered by warranty. Not true when you have an "all included" warranty. These guys won't stand behind their products, don't do business here unless you what a full time job of trying to correct the problem.
