The repair man is so mean! I called him to repair my elderly mother's stove. Since I was at work I told my mother the day and time he will visit and told him that she may get to the door slow because of mobility issues... also she does not speak English too well. He said he was ok with that. When he got to the home my mother said she was watching TV when he came and had trouble getting out of the chair, when she got to the door within two minutes at most, he started yelling at her saying that he's busy and that she should move faster. My mother also had a hard time communicating him what was wrong with the stove so he called me to clarify. He also yelled at me that I was wasting his time and he had many other clients that he could be going to instead of being here. As for the repair itself the stove now works but due to the customer service side... never ever again. Would gladly pay more to have better customer service.
