I just moved to Alberta so I'm not used to a lot of the restaurants out here. When I saw Quizno's I was happy because it was a place I had been to back home and was always happy with their products. Their products didn't disappoint in Alberta either, but the service did. There was only one couple in front of us and they seemed to be having problems. The people working at the restaurant didn't seem to understand what the customer's were trying to tell them. They had to repeat themselves on several different issues before the cashier was able to get their order right. I don't know if this was the reason or if there was another problem, but the service was very slow. About a week later a friend went to the same place and I asked how the service was because I wanted to know if it was the same as the time I went there, and was told again that the service was slow and the employees and customers were having issues understanding each other. For this reason, I try not to visit this restaurant location.
