Take a walk along Elm Street near Yonge/Dundas and you will discover a little village within the city. There are a lot of restaurants and spas along the street that you should visit.Frascati is one of the best restaurants I have visited in Toronto. It is fine dining at its best. I recommend the mussels marinara, they are delicious. The prices are a little high for my liking, but it is fine dining and the restaurant is elegant. They also have private rooms you can rent out for corporate or private functions.
