Allan was very professional and showed up at our agreed upon times. On his first visit we discussed my concerns and he wrote out estimates for the 2 different days. I needed a toilet removed and replaced at a later date to allow for bathroom renovation work. He also replaced the very old, rusted water inlet valve. On the second occasion, he replaced a seized, rusty valve on the house water inlet and and arranged for the city to close and reopen the city water entry valve so he could do that work. He also replaced a very old, wonky, rusted and leaky outdoor faucet, putting in an anti-freezing model, and securing it to the outside wall so that it no longer moves around when attaching a hose, and replaced the old, rusty water inlet valves to the washing machine. All the valves he put in are the newer ball-type valves that do not need rubber washers. All the work and materials were of a high quality. He cleaned up afterward, and there were no surprise changes to the bill. Very satisfied.
