So disappointed that I hired Ben as my IT consultant for my business. He convinced me to completely change the system costing me thousands of dollars but the system he implemented continued to fail accruing him thousands of dollars in fees. The biggest red flag was a year in to working together he supplied me with an almost $800 with no explanation of what it was for. We asked for an explanation of the work done, he informed us that is was too complicated. Worst part was the whole system was in operable. We had to bring in another consultant who piece by piece explained how and we were over charged and charged for things that weren't done. I would highly recommend not working with this company or with Ben.
