Went on the recommendation of a coworker, walk-in appointment. No prices posted, I knew my coworker pays about $50 when she does and gets a full cut and style. Growing out hair and asked for just a trim. Stylist took almost nothing off at all, very poor job - done in two minutes - and then spent fifteen blowdrying. Went to pay and told it was $45! Paid and left to talk to coworker outside, came back in and asked for manager and/or refund. Told "they don't do refunds" and only gave me "Mrs K" for the owner's name. Bad experience.
