this past tuesday, i had an appointment with a specalist at sunnybrook. on my way home, icoulodnt walk - i could only shuffle - inches at a time. at the lawrence subway stop, a ttc official came to my assistance. he got hold of another empoyee who turned up with a wheel trance van to take me to islington. these two gentlemen were the nicest most effective i have ever met. pls pass on to them my sincere gratitude. thank u.
