The wait is long. Service isn't that great...I mean..who takes out a mop and a bucket of chlorine water to mop the floor when there are people still eating (this wasn't even at the end of the day...it was lunch time)...ruins any appetite when all you smell is chlorine instead of a delicious bowl of pho.To be fair...the food is quite good. It's just the unpleasant service that makes me not want to go back. And also, this is not just a review from a one-time visit. This is a review from multiple visits. All in all, they need to pick up their pace and have some common sense...don't bust out a bucket of stinky water when other people are eating.
