Dream Crest Clinic

This clinic is HORRIBLE! First of all they only take appointments on Mondays. Secondly, they keep you waiting for two hours after the scheduled appointment time before you can see the doctor, and this is something they do regularly, not a one time thing! To quote the very rude lady on the phone "you know the doctor takes his time." When i called to cancel because they had pushed my appointment back by 2 hours they said i can't cancel. That if i cancel they will not give me an appointment for the next FOUR WEEKS! Even though it's THEIR fault for being so backlogged all the time! If you complain about the service, even politely but frankly, they hang up on you and stop taking your calls! Ridiculous!
