Don't even consider repairing a phone through Service Absolut. This business is crooked to the core. They will not actually cover ANYTHING under the warranty. They charge you a lot for a bogus diagnostic (which should be free like it is with other cell phone companies) and then quote ridiculous prices for the repair and will make up problems that don't exist. Should be shut down.

We were told there was water damage to our tablet (due to ambient condensation)... I don't think a warranty can be invalidated because of normal weather. We think Samsung warranty is a scam and Service Absolut and Samsung try to make money on the fact that liquid damaged is not covered and invalidates the whole warranty. The question is why normal condensation is considered as 'liquid damage'? I think there would be a possibility for class action here. I have also seen similar comments from people around the world on the net.

This is the worst costomer care or service center ever!!! This place is a total scam they deny warranty and ask for repair money without even opening the unit. They will waste your time and waste your money. Do not buy Samsung products in Quebec because this is the only place they will go and that means any product with the Samsung logo.

I had an issue with my Samsung TAB. I had sent this to the Service Centre. This was returned without any repairs. The TAB never worked. There is no way to contact this service centre. The auto-robot will never connect the phone number. I had received an estimation for not doing the job properly first time for $80. The TAB itself would cost $180. My Charges for sending this unit to Qubec twice is $30 and now this additional charge is $80. Please donot buy Samsung products all are Refurbished units.

c'est le pire service que j'ai recu de toute ma vie. cela fait 3 semaines qu'il on ma tablette pour reparer la vitre et j'ai toujours pas ma tablette! j'essaie de les rejoindre rien pas de reponse ni meme de retour d'appel|| j'ai fait une plainte a Samsung

Samsung m'a recommandé de renvoyer mon Cell samsung Galaxy encore sous garantie pour réparation à ce service de Montréal.En moins d'une semaine,mon Cell a été réparé et ramené à destination gratuitement!Je recommande ce service,je les trouve honnêtes et sérieux!Merci Service Absolut et bonne continuation!

My Samsung S4's sensor is damaged. I tried calling Absolut, and as per below, no reply at all. Then I called Samsung they wanted to send it there. In turn I just went directly there to see them to save time and I was traumatized by all the bad reviews. It's right across the street from Ikea off Cavendish. Walked in, everyone was SUPER nice. Said I could have it repaired in 3 hours max for $25 or 4 days for free. Videotron gave me a hard time about water damage (though it never got wet), that's why I showed up here, and Absolut said it was no problem at all they would honour the warrantee. Im heading back tomorrow (was late in the day when i went and wanted my semi broken cell overnight) and despite not answering my call, I have nothing but good things to say so far. Will post a bad review if things are worse tomorrow. My recommendation if you can, just go there yourself, handle it person to person.

Went in yesterday and walked out within 2 hours with a working S4. Great CSR team and very friendly. They answered all my questions and helped me transfer my information as well....what more do you want!!! Nowadays people just like to complain about anything. My experience with the Samsung team was just PERFECT!!.

Sent my Galaxy tablet 3 weeks ago. They never answer the phone or reply to my phone messages. I don't know what's going on, when I'm going to have my tablet repaired or when they're going to send it back. When I call to customer service they say they don't have any information about the status of my tablet because is Service Absolut who has it and they don't report any information to samsung or take their phone calls.So upset

worse company ever bad service and samsung uses them that worries me am makes me want to go iphone just for that! a new phone that has been greatly cared for freezes and heats up...send in they say its water infiltrated...not when i had it! probably heating caused water problem which another tecnichien says its impossible no water infiltration???

Samsung Galaxy Ace IIx wouldn't charge after one month of use. Sent it in for repair, was a liitle upset when they told me it would be a 14-21 business day wait for it to return since Apple is 9 days max. When I got it back 3 weeks later it was DOA. Called Samsung, explained that you'd expect them to do a simple test before shipping it back to me like...i don't know, see if the phone turns on? Long story short Samsung would not do anything to compensate me and keep me as a future customer other than send it back for warranty the same company: Service Absolut.
SAMSUNG: Have you done a google search on Service Absolut lately? Maybe it would be best for your reputation if you didn't deal with such a despicable company. Just a suggestion.

jamais de réponse !! sinon quand tu réussi a les rejoindre pour leurs demander si toute va être réparé au prix qu'il demande , ils ne savent pas !! ... Sinon les morceau sont back order .. sont mal organiser .. !! service de {expletive}

Moi je viens de faire affaire pour une réparation,je suis satisfait de la réponse .J'ai pu parler avec la même personne tout au long de ma réparation et j'ai reçu toute les réponse sur mon couriel.La personne qui a pris en charge mon dossier ,la fait jusqu'au bout.En général je suis très satisfait du service,du délais et des prix.Pour moi je vais retourner chez Absolut service pour une autre réparation futur et je sais que ce sont eux qui font les suivi de samsung,

Horrible customer service...charge you with repair unrelated to the one you ask for...never answer the phone reason given "lack of personnel" I have nothing against samsung cell phone..but due to their repair centre with that kind of service, that will probably my last samsung I understand why people get Iphone for service....

Said monitor was damaged, cost to repair 3 times the price of monitor and Samsung says they abide by their decision. Samsung warrantee is a scam, awful customer service.
