We hired these guys to move our home from Vancouver to Calgary. I think we would have been better off with any other company there was out there compared to these guys. They made the whole move very stressful and frostrating and yet they haven't delivered our stuff!1- they promised to deliver on December 1st but I called them one day before the promised date to find out that they have changed the plan without letting us know. They said the earliest they might deliver would be December 7th!! 2- The common sense would be to compensate the customer when you leave them with an absolutely empty unit or to pay for their hotel. But they take absolutely no responsibility for that. 3- they lied about the state of the truck on the road. They said the truck is broke half way in Kamloops but when I called the driver (who was one of the movers) he said he is currently in Kamloops but he is now going a different direction. 4- they added hidden fees to our payment.
