After many hours spent working on this car we were unable to complete this job to our satisfaction because of an apparent manufacturing defect. Because of this and after our sincere apologies to the customer there was absolutely no charge, we absorbed all new the parts costs and then we even paid to have it towed to the local Volkswagen dealership to help with the inconvenience. Any other concerns mentioned by the customer were present when the vehicle was originally dropped off with us.
