This location had very poor customer service. It took them 2 months to rectify an issue with defective tires (poor quality). They were unprofessional...as I had arrived at the location and was ignored completely, instead serving another client (friend of son) who by the way arrived after, and was serviced before me. To top it all off - he charged me for OTS Fees claiming it was for disposal but why should the client be charged a fee if the tires were defective from the start...i paid for 4 new tires and not for 2 defective tires. They do NOT follow their mandate...satisfaction guaranteed! It is for their pockets only. I will never go back and would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this company EVER!
