Earth Magic Media

Well Earth Magi Media conned me again! After my review in January 2018, Mr. Yakelaya came to me and said he would pay his outstanding debt within 5 months. I lowered the debt to 1/3 at $2500 from the original $8000. He paid me $300 so far and it is the 5th month and when I asked him if he would be paying the balance he gave the familiar excuse he is still waiting for funding. I have to pay my debts and bills but somehow he feels he is exempt Mr Yakelaya of Earth Magic Media, a Aboriginal film company in Edmonton, continues to not pay his debt to me despite continuous empty promises of wasting my time waiting for the next lie of promise. Based on my own experience, he continues to avoid his responsibility to pay a Court Ordered Small Claims debt of funds over $8000 owed, even though I reduced down to 1/3 of what he owes me. I continue to have an issue that he continues to apply for funding - why should he get money from the government or film agencies when he cannot pay his debts
