On Site Specialists

Update to April 27th review.....I want to commend Janice Groberman and her collegues at On Site Specialists for the way that they handled our 94 year old mother's eye glass situation. They were professional and thorough in their attempt to respond to the complaint. There was a discrepency in the facts proviided by OSS and third party professionals. Together with this information and mother's experience, a refund was requested. Ms. Groberman responded, that although she and her opticians did not agree and the companies policy was clear, a refund was provided. Our family does appreciate their flexibility and compassionate response.
