Control System Design – We are able to design your control system from start to finish. We can also design an OEM automated control package to integrate with the machine you build resulting in a resulting in a fully automated piece of equipment.
Control System Manufacturing – Control Panels, Junction Boxes, Remote I/O Panels and OEM control packages can be built to suit by Cynertia. We can also supply any and all required sensing/peripheral devices as well as any cabling or wiring harnesses necessary. We can even build custom cable assemblies to provide a “Turn Key Solution”. System Integration – We can work with your team to introduce new equipment, devices, or even complete control systems in to your existing control architecture. Motion Control/Motor Control – Cynertia has performed motion control utilizing servo motor systems successfully on a growing number of projects using motors and/or drives from Bosch-Rexroth, GE Fanuc, Parker, Teknic, and Xenus among others. We also incorporate VFD Inverter control of 3-phase AC motors regularly on many applications which require speed and/or torque control. PLC/HMI/SCADA Programming – We have programming (IEC 1131-3) and hardware experience with such names as Allen Bradley, Bosch-Rexroth, Modicon, GE Fanuc, and Horner to name a few. Startup and Commissioning – Electrical startup/set-up of new equipment. Service – We have extensive troubleshooting and repair experience on almost every type of automated or semi-automated equipment out there. Electrical Installation – Cynertia Electric and Control Inc. is a fully licensed, bonded and insured electrical contractor.
