Kitchen on the Ridge is now under new ownership. I believe that Maple Rich Restaurant took over. We have eaten here many times in the last few months and love the food. We always get the combo special for one as we all like different things. There are many different items on this menu so everyone should find something that they like. The value for money is great. Large portions of delicious chinese food.
