When I recently had a complaint I emailed the store and promptly heard back from Chase Trellert, the owner's son, who apologized and offered to upgrade my account, quickly and effectively solving my problem and displaying excellent customer service. I have to admit it was not what I was expecting, I was very impressed by the way my complaint was handled and expect to be a PWS customer for many more years.
