Tri Group Management

I rented from Tri Group for 3 years and over all had a positive experience. The management team was prompt on issues and pleasant to deal with. I must note, after reading previous reviewers, I would have to disagree with Brittany Card as I specifically was a neighbor to her mother. For "being a clean, cultured woman who cleans houses for a LIVING" she was not very clean when it came to terms of picking up her pet waste - I can only imagine the state of her unit. I will say their application process is very tedious however, as an approved tenant, I can appreciate their screening process and desire for good clientele (neighbors).
