The chinese food at C'est Bon is really just so-so. It's advantage is it has a pretty extensive delivery menu and they deliver reliably and there are not many other chinese restaurants that deliver in the area. The wonton soup is disappointing. Portions are small and shrimp dishes are expensive given that they are skimpy on the shrimp. Flavours are ok and {expletive} does mean {expletive}. Food is always ok but nothing special.
