I recently moved to Red Deer and had to take my car in for an oil change and a tire fix. When I was looking for a dealership to take my car to, my parents recommended Kipp Scott, they used it when they lived in Red Deer 13 years ago. The service I received was excellent, when I was arrived I was greeted and promptly helped. I was given a rough estimate about when to expect my car to be finished. It was done in much less time then I had even been quoted. I was even given a coupon to get my car washed which was a nice extra touch. When everything was done, my car was brought right to the door for me. It's the little extra touches that make a place worth a repeat visit, I will most definitely be going back to Kipp Scott for the next service on my car.
