Description

To ensure great coffee, we roast one small batch at a time. We use the highest quality of specialty Arabica beans from different tropical origins of the world. Our coffee is roasted with a state of the art drum roaster. During the roast, we can manipulate the bean with airflow, flame, and time to help bring out the full potential and unique taste of each individual coffee. Coffee is at its peak around 24-36 hours so we recommend to only order for up to 10 or 20 days to maximize freshness.[br]
