After five days of calling various outlets, after 5 unpleasant experiences in store (no one to help me find products or offer advice on tools I needed to buy) (Ordering supplies to be picked while I do my groceries since it is a 90 minute drive home and don't want food to spoil, only to have orders not picked when I returned for them on 3 different occasions) and then being given the wrong tool on the most recent trip preventing me from doing a planned project for 5 days, your company has compensated my inconvenience and frustration by making my exchange available at the customer service counter, "So, you don't have to wander through the store" Wow, so kind of you...Spent an hour Friday explaining the situation and had no follow up or return call until I called back today. I use your store because of the huge inventory and air miles...I can live without both from now on...Home Hardware is just down the street...thanx for nothing.
