Ups Canada Ltee

I simply can say that I am frustrated, angry and I would never deal with UPS, from now on, whenever I have an online order, I make sure that they are not using UPS, otherwise I cancel the order. the worst service and the worst customer service, for two days in a row I take the day off to wait for a package that never arrives, I called them multiple times on each day to confirm that they are coming and each time the answer is yes its on route. shockingly on the second day the UPS truck came by, the delivery guy went to the building right after mine, and drove off. he did not attempt to deliver my package, and again the package was delayed one more business day, which is inconvenient cause I cant take any other day off for a package that might or might not show up. in addition when i call the customer service all they can do is say sorry, reschedule and they cannot even guarantee that the package will come after 5 pm so what's the point ?
