I regret so much for hiring Robert Huynh and I would never refer him to anyone. When my friend referred me to him, he was small back then when my friend used him, then he got big and it became quantity over quality. He didn't do anything with my file for months "because he had other files to work on" and everytime I call to see if there was any progress, he say he would call me back and never did. He would also pass my file to multiple associates and they worked on it last minute. He had my file for 6 months and he failed to get me a mortgage with 3 different lenders and didn't complete by my closing date/maturity date and I incurred so many fees about 7 thousand dollars! I ended up taking my money back from him and going to another broker and got approved right away and costed less and no hassle and much better service. Robert never took any accountability for the losses and damages. I have never been more dissatisfied with any other company than I am with his.
