Recently we had some renos done in our home. We had flooring replaced in the back entrance, which included the laundry area and had one bathroom gutted and renovated from ceiling to floor. Renovations were done by David Duke and we were totally impressed. Not only did David do a FANTASTIC renovation, he was so professional in every way. He explained everything in detail what he was doing and there were no hidden costs whatsoever. Calling him a perfectionist is putting it mildly! Not only did everything look terrific when he was done, each day he cleaned up the mess that was made. We definitely have no complaints about his workmanship or professionalism. He never took many breaks and when he did it certainly didn't matter to us as he was paid by the project, not hourly.
