My rates are very competitive, and I am centrally located in SW Ontario to serve you. I pledge to be objective and thorough in every inspection, and am very flexible in the area of scheduling. I offer pre-purchase and pre-sale home inspections, and am fully insured with both Errors & Omissions and General Liability insurances. Clients are invited to attend the inspection - typically 2 to 3 hours in length. This includes an inspection of the home interior, exterior (crawlspaces too), and landscape (with experience in rural properties). Your e-report (photos included) contains information on areas of concern - with recommendations and an abundance of home maintenance and repair information, especially of interest to first-time home buyers. I am also a certified WETT Inspector: SITE Basic Inspection, offering inspections of your wood-burning systems for insurance purposes. As a Certified Energy Advisor, I can offer advice on ways to make your home more energy efficient.
