The only true SpaCapsule in Ottawa! I looked at it on the Internet for awhile before I tried it. But it only took one session to hook me. In fact, it is so effortless and quick, you can easily fit in a session in over lunch. But don't be fooled by the ease! 20 minutes in this machine provides a full and thorough body massage, including lymphatic drainage. Each time I have a session, I emerge peaceful and happy with a healthy tingly feeling from head to toe. The penetrating warm water jets that provide the dry massage are adjustable in their pressure so the strength can range from a soft touch to a thorough deep penetrating muscle massage. This is a must try for anyone looking for a quick break from muscle pain, or just a quick break from the world.
