Hi, my name is Scott Simpson. I am a Personal Trainer Dowtown Toronto. I am a in home/in condo personal trainer with experience training people with weight issues to athletes.I have facilities at my condo gym if you are not a member of a gym. I
always like to sit down and talk to a prospective client about their goals and why they would like to achieve their goals. To me I like to really get to know the persons goals, timeline, history etc before I start any exercise program and not make any false promises.
