Zepelin Transporter Ltd.

Description

This building is very unique and very well built. Measures 14 x 40 and 12'6 tall. Constructed by professionals, 2 x 6 framing, two windows roughed in, 2 x10 fully insulated double sheeted floor/base. All electrical and main panel complete and half building fully insulated and dry walled.
Orginally it was built for a storage garage at my parents farm. However they are dealing with a divorce and I am selling it for them. Currently it is located right in Edmonton at my yard on the northside for viewing. It is brand new and never did get set up. Totally ready to build to suit and can eaisly be converted into a nice cabin for a lake property for under $10 000.. or leave it as a garage / storage. They are into the unit as is for $29 540. They are willing to include the cost of moving up to two hundred km where it is at to get it delivered (approx $4000 cost). However does not include set up once at location, company can give exact quote but for a very close guess, the set up if there is easy access is usually $1000.00 $23 500 OBO Please call Eddie At 780-915-1037
