Lulu Island Winery combines Chinese traditional wine making methods with modern Western technology and equipment. Our winemaker has over 30 years experience, which he uses to perfect his wines. Using advanced-style cooperage with longer and slower fermentation, wines are produced by cool fermentation. The entirety of the grapes and berries are used for fermentation to ensure all the intense flavors and aromas of the fruit are retained. Filtration and clarification are conducted before the final stage of bottling. Lulu Island Winery is equipped with the latest European bottling and labeling equipment. Bottling is conducted in a totally sterile environment where bottles are corked under vacuum, which enhances long storage and aging. Finished wines are stored for aging, at low and precisely controlled temperatures. The quality control section is equipped with the most advanced analytical instruments operated by a skilled quality analyst. The finished product is a perfectly crafted bottle of wine for you to enjoy!
