Baruch is a professionally trained researcher, armed with a Master of Information degree from the University of Toronto. His academic focus was in Government and Legal Research. To further his passion for legal research, he continued his education at Seneca College where he obtained a Paralegal Diploma.
This education only strengthens Baruch’s expertise in legal research methodologies and techniques. To better serve your particular needs, Baruch holds memberships with the Toronto Association of Legal Libraries (TALL) and the Paralegal Society of Ontario (PSO) which enable him to access the latest in search technology and a wide-span of research and literature sources. With regards to jurisdiction, Baruch primarily researches Canadian law, and has special training in Ontario law.
